本サービスをご利用になる前に、よくお読みください。

料金（Fees）

料金はサブスクリプションベースで請求され、月次、年次として定義された頻度で定期的に事前に請求されます。請求の価格と頻度は、サブスクリプションプランによって異なります。
サブスクリプションライセンスは、ユーザーのアカウント（電子メール）に添付されます。サブスクリプションはいつでもキャンセルできます。サブスクリプションプランに転送が適用される場合は、サポートチームに連絡してサブスクリプションを転送できます。サブスクリプションは、ペイメントゲートウェイプロバイダーを通じて管理（作成、更新、一時停止、キャンセルなど）され、ペイメントゲートウェイプロバイダー（PayPalなど）のアカウントを使用してサブスクリプションを維持する責任があります。
キャンセルしない限り、サブスクリプションは自動的に更新されます。自動更新に失敗した場合は、サポートチームに連絡して手動で更新することができます。一度支払ったサブスクリプション料金は返金できません。
一部のコンサルティング、パーソナルサポート、カスタム開発サービスは、固定料金または時間料金に基づいて課金されます。価格と時給は、サービスを開始する前に事前に通知され、合意されます。
Service is offered as either free, paid or freemium models. The fee is governed by the pricing plans effective in each Service.
The fees are charged on subscription basis and billed in advance on recurring in defined frequency as monthly, yearly. The price and frequency of the billing depends on your subscription plan.
The subscription license is attached to user’s account (email). You can cancel your subscription any time. You can transfer your subscription if transfer is applicable for your subscribed plan, by contacting our support team. The subscriptions are managed (created, renewed, suspended, cancelled etc) through payment gateway provider and you are responsible to maintain their subscriptions using their account in the payment gateway provider (like PayPal)
Your subscription will be automatically renewed unless cancelled. If your automatic renewal fails, you can contact our support team to manually renew. Subscription fees once paid cannot be refunded.
Some of the consultancy, personal support and custom development Services are charged on a fixed-price or hourly rate basis. The price and hourly rate are communicated and agreed upfront before starting the Service.
アカウント（Accounts）

および外国の法律によって保護されています。アプリ開発者の書面による事前の同意なしに、当社のブランドおよび商標を製品またはサービスに関連して使用することはできません。
The Service and it’s internal contents will remain the exclusive property of provider. You shall not attempt to unpack, reverse engineer, duplicate our Service. The Service is protected by laws of Japan and foreign countries. Our brands and trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of provider.
責任の制限（Limitation Of Liability）
いかなる場合も、アプリ開発者、またはその取締役、従業員、パートナー、代理人、サプライヤー、または関連会社は、利益、データ、使用、のれんの損失を含むがこれらに限定されない、間接的、偶発的、特別、結果的、または懲罰的損害賠償の責任を負わないものとします。 、または（i）サービスへのアクセス、使用、またはサービスへのアクセスまたは使用不能に起因するその他の無形の損失。（ii）本サービスにおける第三者の行為または内容。（iii）本サービスから取得したコンテンツ。（iv）保証、契約、不法行為（過失を含む）またはその他の法理論に基づくかどうかにかかわらず、そのような損害の可能性について通知されているかどうかにかかわらず、送信またはコンテンツの不正アクセス、使用、または変更、さらには本書に記載されている救済策がその本質的な目的を達成できなかったことが判明した場合。

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Depending on Service, it may be constituted of external systems and services (like Google’s G Suite platform, Cloud Platforms, APIs, environment etc.) and the availability may be directly impacted by external system’s availability. There is no guarantee or warranty for the service availability, up-time, and continuity.
Provider do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
変更点（Changes）
当社は、独自の裁量により、いつでもこれらの規約を変更または置換する権利を留保します。
